Workshops

One of the most popular and effective ways of learning about the potential benefits of mindfulness is through workshops. These can vary in length from one-hour to day-long events and can be adapted to suit small or large groups. My approach is interactive and experiential. People have the opportunity to experience a variety of mindfulness practices and I help generate ideas to support mindfulness working within your particular environment. 

Courses

All of my courses are customised to suit your workplace requirements. I strongly believe that the optimum effect is gathered from providing a design and structure that works best for you and can sit within your particular work schedules.
